Dominique has a diverse background, previously holding key roles at HSBC, KPMG Peat Marwick, and CSC. At AUREXIA, he oversees Capital Markets and Securities Services. After 3 years in Singapore expanding AUREXIA Asia, Dominique now focuses on enhancing AUREXIA's digital capabilities in Paris, notably through FINLAB. Outside work, he enjoys tennis, sailing, history, and guitar.
Eric Vernhes
Co Founder
Graduated from Paris Dauphine University and formerly consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick, then manager at CSC in 2006. At AUREXIA since 2007, Eric is in charge of Retail and Insurance business lines. He is based in Paris office, growing AUREXIA Digital, Compliance & Program Management capacities. Also likes boat around small islands of Brittany, scubadiving and Burgundy wines.
David Villard
Senior Partner
Formerly Head of Marketing & Products at Crédit Lyonnais Securities Services, then Senior Manager at CSC. At Aurexia, David is in charge of Asset Management and Securities Services and has a good knowledge of retail banking, Private Banking and Insurance. He is based in Paris, developing Aurexia France and Luxembourg and growing Aurexia Regulatory capacities, through Aurexia RegWatch.
Sithi Sirimanotham

Based in Singapore, Sithi joined Aurexia in 2014 and has led numerous transformation projects across Europe and Asia, specializing in Operational Excellence and Data Management. As Group COO, he enhances operational efficiency in talent management, recruitment, financial management, administration, and marketing, continuously improving the Group's support functions.
Colombe N'zoré

Colombe has 15 extensive years in consulting leading various strategic assignments within banks, asset servicing servicing industry. She is in charge of Aurexia R&D through Aurexia Institute label and is particularly sensitive to youth empowerment. She has strongly contributed to the launch of the new label Aurexia Sustainable, dedicated to sustainable finance. At her spare time, she practices gospel singing.
Alain de Cidrac

Graduated from ISEP and HEC, Alain worked for Accenture and Deloitte before moving to firms specialized in Banking and Finance. He joined AUREXIA at the start of 2018 to take charge of the Luxembourg office. Alain has developed expertise in Asset Management, Securities Services and Life Insurance, on transformation projects or regulatory impacts.

Frédéric has over 30 years experience in Corporate and Investment banking activities handling various functions in a TIER 1 bank (Global Head of Operational Risks, Head of Operations,…), and at a leading Capital Markets software company (Senior Product Manager, Deputy Head of Client Services EMEA) with one main objective: drive operational excellence by combining business expertise with experience in technologies.

Luc has 16+ years of experience in Consulting, supporting European banks on a large range of transformation projects. His main expertise lies in Capital Markets and GTB. Having done in whole career in Consulting, he has a fairly good idea of what it takes to progress in this field. He works closely with young talents and managers to pass this knowledge on.

Geoffroy started his carrier in EY Luxembourg and then developed his consulting skills in CSC. Geoffroy joined Aurexia ni 2014 to contribute to the fast growing development of insurance expertise mainly on regulatory, compliance, distribution, partnership and operational excellence subjects. Geoffroy developed deep expertise in program management with strong organisational, IT and business challenges.
Damien Andrieu

Damien joined Aurexia in 2013 as a senior consultant in the Wealth Management and Security Services markets. In 2020, he opened the office in Nantes with the aim of regionalizing the group's activities. Now a partner, he is responsible for the development of the Greater West office and leads a team of 15 people. The Greater West offering was developed jointly with the group and Paris, and focuses particularly on operational excellence topics using process mining.
Guillaume Leroy

Having developed an expertise in consulting in Finance Transformation since 2005, Guillaume joined the AUREXIA team in 2023 to lead the Finance expertise sector. He has managed numerous regulatory, statutory and prudential compliance projects, impacting organizations, processes and IT solutions of major banking and insurance accounts. His main goal is to support financial departments in defining their strategies and carrying out their structuring, their ambitious projects under constraints, all in a collaborative climate.

With more than 20 years experience, Eric has managed several complex projects in CIB (Capital Markets, Global Banking, Securities Services) as well as in Asset Management. His expertise goes from opportunity studies, gap analysis and Target Operating Model definition, to transformation projects and remediation within an international context.After 4 years’ experience in the USA, Eric has joined Aurexia to reinforce the international business development and strengthen the CIB team. Eric practices ultra-trail, tennis and is a huge travel addict.
