{"id":2929,"date":"2017-07-20T16:02:40","date_gmt":"2017-07-20T14:02:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aurexia.com\/?p=2929"},"modified":"2019-04-11T16:29:53","modified_gmt":"2019-04-11T14:29:53","slug":"reglement-generale-protection-donnees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aurexia.com\/fr\/reglement-generale-protection-donnees\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e8glement G\u00e9n\u00e9rale sur la Protection des Donn\u00e9es"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le 14 avril 2016, le Parlement Europ\u00e9en a adopt\u00e9 le R\u00e8glement n\u00b02016\/679 relatif \u00e0 la protection des personnes physiques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard du traitement des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel et \u00e0 la libre circulation de ces donn\u00e9es : R\u00e8glement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la Protection des Donn\u00e9es Personnelles ou \u00ab RGDP \u00bb. Ce r\u00e8glement a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 au journal officiel le 4 mai 2016 et vient abroger la directive 95\/46\/CE.<\/p>\n<p>Champ d&rsquo;application :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne sur la protection des donn\u00e9es <b>entrera en vigueur le 25 mai 2018<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Son champs d\u2019application est tr\u00e8s large puisqu\u2019il s\u2019applique \u00e0 tous les traitements de donn\u00e9es personnelles de citoyens de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne, en entendant les donn\u00e9es personnels comme tout type de donn\u00e9e permettant d\u2019identifier formellement une personne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Objectifs :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Renforcer <\/b>le contr\u00f4le des citoyens europ\u00e9ens sur l\u2019utilisation de leurs donn\u00e9es personnelles<\/li>\n<li><b>Unifier<\/b> les r\u00e9glementations relatives \u00e0 la protection de la vie priv\u00e9e dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avec le secteur de la Sant\u00e9, le secteur Bancaire et Financier est l\u2019un des plus impact\u00e9s par cette nouvelle r\u00e9glementation. <b>L\u2019identification des donn\u00e9es personnelles et leur traitement repr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 eux seuls un challenge de taille&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aurexia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/RGPD-2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RGPD<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 5 mai 2018, le r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la protection des donn\u00e9es entrera en vigueur afin de renforcer le r\u00e9gime de protection des donn\u00e9es personnelles, et impactera fortement les syst\u00e8mes de traitement des acteurs du secteur bancassurance.
